Add Levi to Growth subDAO as Core Contributor

Some of you may have not gotten the chance to meet Levi, but he has been introduced to us and is a colleague of Karl. He has a background in finance and has assisted with DAO governance material and project management. Jonny and I met with him last week to discuss opportunities to help better align on the workscope between the GsD and the Ambassadors and having him as a devoted GsD member is the goal here. We talked about governance reporting, growth/business development opportunities, and research on items that can assist with finding out things for future iterations of the project and to keep up with the evolving tech. This vote is to get him onboarded and please feel free to reach out to him in our Discord if you have any additional questions.
