Appreciation Payment for UseHound.xyz bot development

Chonk (Founder of Hound.xyz) has worked with us as he is developing his web2.5 notifier project and has done a lot of work to help get us a pro bono bot during over the past couple of months. As a token of appreciation for his development time, updating contracts as they have been pushed, and for working with our use cases the GsD would like to make a payment of 5,000 SARCO as a token of appreciation and to support his project's development as we'd like to continue using the Arch Node Registration Bot and Sarcophagus Creation Notification Bot in Discord when we move to mainnet. This vote is to support the payment to UseHound.xyz in the next monthly accounting.
