USE FOR THE ADDITIONAL PRE-MINTED ON SCROLL & MEGAETH

When our soft engineer deployed the UNDEAD contract to the Scroll and MegaETH chains in preparation for the Deaderal Reserve Protocol, they minted an additional 16m UNDEAD tokens per chain (32m UNDEAD in total). We will put a vote to the DEADBOX community of what should be done with these additional tokens, as we could potentially use these tokens to fast-track expansion of the DEADBOX ecosystem, and incentivise USDeAD stablecoin, DEAD and UNDEAD DEX liquidity pool across our 6/11 chains, via platforms like MERKL.

You can vote for one of the following:

• Keep all 32m tokens in a DEADBOX DAO treasury, and use them over time to incentivise participation within different incentive schemes. This treasury address will not be eligible for any share of UNDEAD token rewards on any of the 6 chains.

• Send all 32m tokens to an 0xDEAD address, burning all the tokens forever

• Keep 20m for incentives and send the other 12m to the 0xDEAD

• Keep 10m for incentives and send the other 22m to the 0xDEAD address
