People who may not have been interested in purchasing an NFT before may be more inclined to buy merchandise related to the IP. This will help attract new LOYAL customers and create a wider audience for you to market to.

Increase Token Value- If the e-commerce venture is successful, the profits can be reinvested back into the project, which can potentially lead to an increased token value. Additionally, if holders are able to earn a percentage of the profits through the use of the affiliate code, this can encourage them to hold their tokens, which will lead to an increase in demand driving up the value.

The holder guidance program will allow holders to learn more about what they can do with their assets, how to sell, and gather resources such as connections from suppliers and builders used to curate the Utopia e-commerce site after receiving full IP rights, and in turn growing their personal IP, I.E. creating an e-commerce site under the Utopia e-commerce curated website as their own personal business.
