uwucrew Royalty Increase Proposal

It's been a little over 6 months since uwucrew first launched in early September 2021! Since then, uwulabs has grown from the small team behind the uwucrew project to a much larger team advising and helping launch several anime-themed projects under the uwulabs family!

As shown in Roadmap V2 two weeks ago, we have a lot of exciting things planned for 2022 designed to provide value to our believers and expand the uwulabs family. In the meantime, we've also been scaling up our team with new members and onboarding new talent to help us accomplish our goals.

In order to better align our expanded team and to continue launching more awesome uwulabs projects, which include future uwucrew plans, we're proposing a slight increase in uwucrew secondary market royalties.

The vote offers options of increasing the royalties from the current 2.5% to the following across all platforms:

• 3% (+0.5%)
• 3.5% (+1%)
• 4% (+1.5%) 

All uwucrew holders will be eligible to participate in the vote for 72 hours from 8pm EST today until 8pm EST Sunday 3/20.
