After the first two phases of the HOPR DAO v0.3 governance experiment, 13 proposals have reached the signature threshold to be voted upon. HOPR token holders should now vote on which proposal(s) they feel best address the topic question:

Your voting power is equal to the HOPR tokens controlled by your connected address (including HOPR, xHOPR, wxHOPR and xHOPR in our staking program, but not tokens in CEXs or liquidity pools).
You can assign your voting power however you like, among any number of options. Results will be calculated quadratically.
