Currently Kenobi has control of the V3 contract. Kenobi: 0xa34e1743c59c896a8068cc10d596032f4ab790e0 V3: 0xb7d405bee01c70a9577316c1b9c2505f146e8842 This vote prompts Kenobi to call renounceOwnership() of the V3 contract.

This would mean we could NEVER put royalties on OS,LR, or X2Y2, which require contract ownership. We could still add royalties to an independent marketplace
