VIP - 3: Un-allocated token treasury to be re-locked.

Dear Vabble Community,

There are 50,050,000 tokens currently held in:

1. https://etherscan.io/address/0x534aa5f36679c7954e6a22D7190E247eB2B163Ba (45,400,000)

2. https://www.team.finance/view-coin/0xe7aE6D0C56CACaf007b7e4d312f9af686a9E9a04?name=Vabble&symbol=VAB (4,650,000)

We the community propose for 50,050,000 tokens to be re-locked on team.finance under VAB DAO wallet address 0x213B15bf1D6F2aC469F8337E9e3B15D6e9cd5900.

These tokens will be locked on December 4th and will remain locked until 17th July 2027.

At this moment, 100% of these tokens are un-allocated and are not required by VAB DAO. This proposal suggests for all 50,050,000 tokens to be allocated to the unlock schedule of the VAB DAO rewards pool as previously passed through governance vote.
