Launch Proposal

Hello ValiFiers,

We are very excited about the long-awaited launch of ValiFi! We have been working for over 8 months on this project and it’s finally coming to fruition. This is just the beginning, and we are very excited and thankful for the opportunity to take ValiFi to the next level in the DeFi space. We are very confident about the success of the protocol. Hard work with good intentions and honesty pays off. We thank every one of you for being here, for your understanding and patience as we traverse these waters together.

From our part all the contracts are complete, and the project is ready to launch. At this moment there are some delays due to the Certik audit. All the contracts are interconnected, without one the system will not work.

Keeping the ecosystem and contracts safe from exploits has always been of paramount importance. The team firmly believes that the audit should be completed before launch. We still stand by this belief.

SPA and the VALI token are fairly complex contracts. We believe in the work our developers have done and we are sure that there are no critical or major flaws in the contract.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to hit the launch date of July 10th.

We would like input from our community and investors as to what we should do. We believe that our dev teams have done substantial checks and reviews of the contract to ensure its safety, but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Estimates:

The team estimates that Certik will come back to us with the audit preliminary report date before Monday, July 11th. The Audit itself should be anywhere from 3-7 days.

We do not believe that this process will take more than 2 weeks at the latest.

We are presenting 2 options:

Option 1: Wait for Certik’s initial report, fix the bugs, if any, and launch.

Option 2: Launch on Sunday, July 17th with or without Certik.

The team understands that these delays are not ideal, we are contacting Certik every day to see if they have an update. We want to launch. This is currently out of our hands.

In addition, this weekend we will be opening the LYK V2 transfers! The marketplace will be updated before Sunday, July 10th to support LYK V2 buys and sells.
