It's Time for Functioning Work Structure

Greetings VaporFi Family,

We have cheered the team since the beginning. Through thick and thin. Through the ‘Nodepocalypse’. Although we collectively enjoyed 20X of a pump.

But warning signs are popping up by the day and have reflected in the price actions in the last few weeks. Although, we’ve been known to lead the innovation in the NaaS space.

But the sentiment has changed in recent weeks. Now we’re finding ourselves playing catch up with a lack of catalysts or substantial actions being taken by the team.

We have not lost faith one bit in Tom and Jose. However, we collectively feel the time is NOW to take action as a community. No more of this kind of ad-hoc proposals without any kind of consultations with the community.

VaporFi chose to be Rock n’ Roll, and it has been 2 months yet lack any organizational structure to speak of.

As a result, we’re beginning to see the consequences as we all witnessed the proposal we saw earlier today.

What we’re proposing is extremely straightforward as a start – A highly functioning Organizational Structure. Just like any corporations and tech startups operate out there.

  • The largest noders with strong professional background

Fortunately, VaporFi doesn’t need to look to strangers to find more team members to delegate tasks to.

This is a community that has attracted many intelligent people from various backgrounds, whom are very capable.

This is a rallying cry from the people, for the team.

We are here to help you, so we are humbly requesting that you take the necessary steps to build a team so you can delegate tasks.

In closing, the past couple of weeks has been very rough for everybody with the entire market tanking. It’s not just Vaporfi bleeding slowly.

Let’s collectively take a deep breath. Take a step back. With the Vaporchain Subnet launch around corner.

We should hold our heads high and give our full support to the team to bring VaporFi to the next level. Continuing our leadership position in the Node As a Service space.
