Treasury restructure

Greetings VaporFi family,

In light of recent market conditions, we want to ensure better use of our treasury by finding options for less volatility, and capturing growth potential while minimizing risk.

We are proposing to shift 25% of the current treasury funds to USDC.e while retaining 75% in $AVAX. We will make use of the funds in the following steps:

• Every 7 days, move 25% of the $AVAX in treasury to USDC.e. (Future allocations will be subject to current market conditions at the time)

• Stake the $AVAX on a platform we see fit, For the best APR%. (The initial lending amount would be approximately $3 million)

This change in distribution allows us to shield the treasury while increasing the growth rate - instead of the funds laying dormant.

If we believe market conditions are worsening, we will take action to shield the treasury to the best of our ability. This change in distribution will provide some flexibility in making decisions in the case of an emergency.
