Proposal for Treasury Autonomy

Hey VaporFi family!

We’re tremendously excited to share our team’s latest proposal with the community - Treasury Transparency & Hedge Fund as Service Activation

This proposal consists of measures to address 3 key opportunities:

• The benefits on the flow of information to our community

• Protect our competitive advantage

• Unleash the power of our investment team to continue to grow the financial health of our protocol for each one of you!

If this proposal is passed, it would enable the following:

• Provide proactive visibility, details, and context to the community on the state of our treasury periodically. Giving the community an additional source of truth and reference on the state of our treasury and our investment strategy

• Share investment briefs with the community - Outlining the strategy and context on significant investments after they’ve been executed. A summary and recap of the merits of the investment, the role the asset(s) play in our broader strategy, and how it will benefit you as a node owner of the VaporFi family

• Activate our Hedge Fund as a Service model. Empowering our investment team the ability to seize each key opportunity without the risk of delayed execution or being front-run. To continuously generate high growth returns to power our buybacks, grow our rewards pool, and expand our ability to enrich the VaporFi ecosystem with new revenue generating streams
