VIP12 - Request of exploited VRNs reimbursement

This proposal is based on a refund request, I am one more victim of the vault attack. I tell you my situation so that you can understand what some members of our community have suffered due to last month's attack. In my case, I had 89.6 YVRN staked in the vault, on August 17, 2022 I read the notice that the vault was compromised on Varen's Twitter account. After this I unstaked my VRN but I never received them in my metamask. One day earlier, on August 16, 2022, the attackers emptied the vault. For a matter of hours, I was unable to receive my VRN.

I didn't know my VRN were compromised by an attacker until the same day I unstaked them, and I've lost all my funds, I have nothing more than that, I would like to recover them.

After this incident, I quickly have asked for help to Discord support and they have advised me to submit a prop to the DAO for a reimbursement.

Motivation:

This proposal reveals a situation that has happened to many of us. In the same way I have lost all my funds, there will be many people who are in the same situation as me, and it is for all of us as members of the community that this proposal should be considered.

It could have happened to any member of the Varen DAO, and any of us would like them to listen to us and put themselves in our situation, as a symptom of concern for a united community that wants to move forward together overcoming problems

In the future, new problems will also arise and we will have to vote to make decisions that will affect the success of the project.

And for all the above, I ask you implement this proposal, and that together we overcome one more obstacle on the way to a great future
