VIP8: Reinstate Greats and reimburse for costs

This proposal is based around DAO and discord member Greats “Wyckoff” Shark.

Earlier this week, elected council member Greats was unfairly banned from the discord. Greats was fairly elected by the DAO and his term as council was not yet up.

This proposal sets to accomplish a few goals regarding this community member.

First, I ask that we vote to reinstate Greats “Wyckoff” Shark in the discord as a full-time Core member. He will be promoted from Council to Core and this role will be changed in discord.

As Core member, Greats “Wyckoff” Shark will help with marketing duties, and will be paid a salary of 50 VRN per month for 12 months, in advance. These funds will be paid by the treasury to his ether wallet (below) within 24 hours if this prop is passed.

Additionally, Greats will be reimbursed for previous marketing activities that he has completed, including the completion of community marketing video, starting Varen News, and his time in the community. The payment for this will be 100 VRN.

For: Allocate 700 VRN ((50*12) + 100) from Varen Treasury to Greats’ Wallet, above, reinstate him on Discord as full-time core member. Greats’ will then be on contract to fulfill marketing duties for the next twelve (12) months, starting from the day of payment.

Against: Do nothing, Greats is no longer a community member.
