1) Multisig ownership (no single EOA control)

• Proposal creation: Controller-only (the multisig) to keep things orderly during bootstrap

What this vote is for Community ratification of these changes. If “Approve” passes (quorum met & Yes > No), we will keep this governance model and publish a pinned post with the rules. If “Request changes” wins, we’ll collect feedback (comment your suggestions) and propose adjustments.

Execution This is an informational/ratification vote (no on-chain action). The multisig will post a summary + links after the vote.
