This proposal is for current CVX depositors in CLever to consider a restructuring of CVX voting power which would involve the following steps:
Un-delegate deposited CVX from Votium Use an in-house algorithmic voting strategy to manually vote for maximum bribes each epoch (backtesting shows 5-9% yield improvement) Vest non-gauge governance with clevCVX holders (it is currently not exercised)
Full details of the proposal are available here: https://forum.aladdin.club/t/clever-improvement-proposal-01-restructure-delegation-of-cvx-in-clever-to-increase-yields-and-maximize-cvx-governance-participation/390
These changes do not affect any aspect of CLever depositors’ experience except to increase their yields since non-gauge governance power of deposited CVX is not currently exercised.
This change is designed to both increase the yield for CVX depositors as well as focus the CLever CVX product around maximum yield, while tapping into the governance structure of veCLEV to ensure that non-gauge CVX governance power is exercised thoughtfully and in the best interests of CLever’s community rather than forfeited.
FOR: Implement the described changes AGAINST: Make no change: CVX delegation remains with Votium and non-gauge CVX governance remains un-exercised
