Should a single asset WeVE staking pool be created that receives 38.2% of the emissions of the MIM-WeVE pool?

Redirecting some of the MIM-WeVE emissions to a new single asset WeVE staking pool would have multiple benefits:

1. The circulating supply will decrease from people staking their WeVE
2. Stakers in the MIM-WeVE pool can stake their earned WeVE in the single asset pool instead of constantly dumping half to compound
3. The APR of the MIM-WeVE pool can actually increase despite the reduced WeVE emissions if the price of WeVE increases, which I expect to happen from this proposal
