New voting changes

We have concluded that our current framework for acknowledged voting is not currently reflecting our communities intentions within the DOA.

The most recent vote that completed on the VF2 allocations opportunity (of which 89.6% of the vote) concluded for at least a 75% financial commitment to the opportunity.

However, this could not be actioned because there were not enough total votes.

An additional example of missed opportunity is the Mutant Ape the VeeDoa proposed to acquire but were unable execute as a result of again not enough total votes. ( 14Eth and lost out on ApeCoin)

As a result, we wish to lower the total vote moving forward to a more reasonable amount so that we can capitalize on prosperous opportunities when they are presented to us as a community.

Consequently, we have proposed an engagement figure of either 65 Members or 250 Friends tokens to accept a vote. please vote as being valid. Please vote accordingly;
