I'll make this short and to the point. But first let me give you a brief back story of how I got here....

• Took over Vesta (formerly VDB) as original dev had personal issues arise.
• Transitioned our focus away from a meme centric idea to VestaDAO, a Community Focussed Media DAO. -Now our main focus is providing project reviews and deep dives with our news team, first impressions, interviews and doing this in the most impartial way you've ever seen in crypto. click her to see our recently updated documentation to read more about our new focus, among other things

A little about me....

• From the midwest in the USA (farm country)
• I have a communication studies degree from the University of Iowa
• My background is in live events, media (radio), sales, and marketing.
• I am a music producer, artist, and self taught audio engineer who used to run a studio.
• I own a smoke shop and have a small family.
• Been in crypto since 2019 but only really got into on chain stuff in the recent bear market.

This is more of a formality but we plan to do a leadership election annually or bi-annually. I will list a few key points of focus if I am lucky enough to be elected to keep the Project Lead role with VestaDAO.

Continue Current Initiatives

• Main and support the news and project deep dives.
• Assist in the 'First Impressions' initiative and provide content and updates for the News Team's newsletters.

Strengthen Community Engagement

• Regular AMA's on Telegram and Twitter
• Contents, competitions and interactive activities to boost community involvement

Enhance Partnerships and Utility

• Continue to build partnerships with protocols to increase VDAO utility.
• Explore collaborations with DeFi platforms.

Governance and Transparency

• Ensure transparent decision-making processes within VestaDAO
• Regular updates and communication with the community regarding ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

Education and Awareness

• Provide educational resources about the Metis ecosystem and VestaDAO's role within it.

Community-Driven Development

• Continue to encourage and incorporate community feedback to development plans.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the VestaDAO and wider Metis communities.

Stability and Growth

• Focus on stable and sustainable growth for long term success.
• Ensure that all initiatives align with the overarching goals and vision of VestaDAO.

Short term things I will ensure happen are CEG, L2LL partnership, additional partnership (shhh), Newsletter NFTs, CEG grant proposal, and bring a token burn proposal to the community.
