Since the acceptance of our initial proposal for the creation of a dedicated community Twitter account for VIDT, we have seen significant growth and engagement from the community.
To build on this success, we propose to expand our efforts by establishing a cross-medial online VIDT community that includes reviving VIDT’s Telegram channel, Instagram presence, and pre-existing Twitter accounts. In combination with a package of new visuals, a uniform aesthetic and a thought-out marketing campaign, these channels will work together to create a more robust online presence for VIDT, increasing engagement, and promoting awareness of the project. Critical to this proposal is establishing new ways to target new audiences using paid promotion, influencers and the utilization of cross-medial promoting algorithms.
By establishing multiple online channels for the VIDT community, we can increase engagement with the project and build a stronger community. Using these channels to share news and updates, answer questions, and host discussions can foster an even greater sense of community and increase interest in VIDT.
With a cross-medial approach, we can reach a wider audience than through just one channel. This allows us to engage with people who prefer different social media platforms and increase the overall reach of our messaging. Additionally, different channels are used for different functions. This approach enables us, the community, to fully leverage the power of every channel.
By expanding our online presence, we can increase opportunities for collaboration with influencers, partners, and other projects in the blockchain and crypto space. This can lead to increased exposure for VIDT and potential partnerships that benefit the community.
With additional channels, we can promote VIDT through both organic and paid promotion more effectively. This will increase awareness of the project and bring in new community members.
Telegram Channel: A Telegram channel will provide a space for real-time discussions, updates, and announcements. Telegram is an important medium in the blockchain & cryptocurrency industry, this will give us direct access to those audiences.
Instagram Account: An Instagram account will allow us to showcase the visual aspects of VIDT, including images of events, conferences, and other community activities. This account will be updated regularly and provide a unique perspective on the project.
Additional Twitter Accounts: By creating additional Twitter accounts, we can segment our messaging and target different audiences. This will allow us to tailor our messaging to specific groups, such as developers or investors.
To promote these channels, we propose a three-pronged approach:
Organic Promotion: We will leverage our existing community channels to promote the new channels. This will involve creating content that unifies all platforms, and showcases the new channels, such as videos, graphics, and written descriptions, and sharing this content on social media. We will also encourage our community members to share the content with their own networks, helping to spread the word about the new channels.
Paid Promotion: We will use targeted paid promotion, such as social media ads and sponsored posts, to increase awareness of our channels and bring in new community members. This will involve carefully targeting our ads to reach people who are likely to be interested in VIDT and its community, based on factors such as location, interests, and online behavior.
Influencer Marketing: We will reach out to influencers in the crypto and blockchain space who have a strong following and reputation, and who align with VIDT's values and mission. By collaborating with these influencers, we can tap into their audience and promote the VIDT community channels. This will involve providing influencers with content and resources to promote the channels, as well as compensating them for their time and effort.
Our team members have extensive experience in community management, having successfully managed social media accounts for a range of organizations in the blockchain and crypto space. We have also worked on numerous marketing campaigns, including paid promotion and influencer marketing, to help drive engagement and growth.
In addition, we have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and the opportunities it presents for document validation and verification. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the space and applying this knowledge to our work with VIDT.
To realize this growth for VIDT DAO, we are requesting 2.15 million VIDT Tokens to support the building and maintenance of current channels and most importantly: new social channels, the design of new and improved visuals, scaling paid promotions, and deploying paid influencers. These tokens will enable us to execute our marketing plan effectively and achieve our goals for expanding VIDT's online presence.
