VRNAP - 1 Governance Framework Setup

As VITARNA sets up its governance framework, we propose the introduction of two working groups/pods: the Web3 Pod and the Biotech Pod. This structure will enhance our focus on both community engagement and scientific advancement.

Practical Implications:

The Biotech Pod will be led by the Artan Bio company.

VitaDAO will lead the Web3 Pod.

Web3 Pod - Roles and Responsibilities:

• Community Growth: Engage the community, fostering excitement and ownership.

• Token Holder Relationship & Engagement: Communicate between the community and Artan Bio.

• Operations: Manage fundraising strategies and ensure efficient operations.

• Governance and Confidentiality: Ensure identity disclosure, NDA signing, and balance between input and confidentiality.

• Proposing Bounties: Suggest bounties to add value to the project.

Biotech Pod - Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accelerate the Science: Drive the research forward by interfacing with industry partners like CROs, etc.

• Experimental Strategy Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on experimental strategies.

• Scientific Fundraising: Align fundraising efforts with scientific milestones.

• Confidential Data Management: Manage and secure confidential scientific data.

• Collaboration with Web3 Pod: Synchronize efforts between technological and scientific advancements.

• Bounty Recommendations: Propose scientific bounties.

Governance Structure and Accountability

This proposal ensures alignment with the community's interests and successful project execution and accountability. This dynamic governance structure allows for the offboarding of the Project Lead if deemed necessary by the VITARNA token holders.
