[VIP-7] Gauge Weight for Hermes Epoch #104

"Gauge" Weight voting for $HERMES for Epoch 104, the week of 29th Feb 2024.

Please read the gauge voting rules for VMUMDOGE "gauges" before voting.

Voting and Gauge Weights

The VMUMDOGE ecosystem allows [VMUMDOGE/METIS LP] holders to vote how $HERMES inflation is distributed by assigning weights to each pool's "gauge". As a holder of [VMUMDOGE/METIS LP], users can participate in these voting procedures, and these voting rights are passed to [VMUMDOGE/METIS LP] Token holders.

Voting Rules and Information:

Voting will be done via Governance proposals are weighted respectively by their [VMUMDOGE/METIS LP] vote outcome. Thus if 60% of [VMUMDOGE/METIS LP] votes for YES and 40% for NO, VMUMDOGE will submit an on chain vote for 60% YES and 40% NO.

Gauge weight votes will be weekly, starting Thursdays at 00:00 UTC and ending on Tuesdays 00:00 UTC

• (Except for this week for Hermes Epoch 104 in which it will be the exact opposite Where it will begin Tuesday 00:00 UTC and end Thursday at 00:00 UTC)

Other VMUMDOGE & Hermes governance votes will be addressed as they arise.

• Hermes ownership governance votes will have a quorum of 15%;
• Hermes parameter governance votes will have a quorum of 15%;
• Gauge weight votes will not have a quorum.

Individual [VMUMDOGE/METIS LP] holders may spread their votes among multiple pools in gauge weight votes.

Each gauge must receive at least 0.05% of the votes before weight is assigned.
