What frequency should the rewards vote be?

• Weekly - Votes to set reward %s happen once a week.
• Bi-Weekly - Votes to set reward %s happen every two weeks.
• Monthly - Votes to set reward %s happen every month.
• Other - A new proposal for voting on rewards frequency will be put up with other times as options. These will be solicited in the Discord and Forum.
