VIP-8: Add logo and whitelist Coineus in Voltage default swap list

Summary Coineus is requesting their logo to be added to Voltage Finance DEX. In addition, being added to the default swap list.

Motivation Having their logo on the DEX provides a better user experience and assurance users are swapping for the correct token. Being on the default swap list also allows for swapping in the fuse.cash app.

Coineus has been an active topic in the Fuse telegram groups, as well as on Twitter. The dapp is a front end to the Coineus validator. The Coineus token is a yield-accrual one. Due to its buy/sell tax, the team is in a position to sell part of the trading fees for fUSD which is then distributed amongst holders.

The Coineus token contract is a fork of an audited project on the BNB Chain.
