AIP 62: Increase Uniswap v3 Liquidity

This AIP proposes to use treasury AST and acquire ETH to increase the Uniswap LP pool with the goal of reducing slippage between AST/ETH pairs on Uniswap.

• More ETH is required to increase the LP pool on Uniswap.
• AirSwap currently has $30K equivalent pooled within Uniswap.
• An extra $100K of ETH will need to be acquired.
• The method of acquiring ETH will be the subject of a future vote.
