- Defines five contributor activities to replace existing roles. (Specification, Design, Development, Delivery, Ops)
- Sets a monthly voting cycle, single Coordinape allocation circle, and single monthly contributor reward pool ($30K of AST).
- Next cycle Dec. 11, 2021 to Feb. 1, 2022 after which the voting and allocation period runs from the 1st to 4th of each month.
