AIP 71: Dynamic contributors rewards

Do you agree that AIP 71: “Dynamic contributors rewards” should be implemented?

• Create a dynamic pool for contributors which will allocate AST based on the number of contributors in a given month
• Allocate the budget between Delivery (40%) and Tech (60%) teams
• Increase the maximum AST amount taken from treasury each month to $40K
