AIP 39: Time-weighted Stakes for Points rewards

Do you agree that "AIP 39: Time-weighted Stakes for Points rewards” should be implemented?

• Stakers who have shown long-term commitment to the platform deserves to be rewarded
• The number of points paid out for voting will be based on the length of time the stake was held for.
  • The staking reward tiers should be configurable but is proposed to start from 25% sAST (for less than 2 weeks staked) and increases to 130% sAST (if staked for longer than 18 months)
  • The outcome of this vote will not affect the rewards paid out for this vote (currently, points are paid out as 100% of sAST for all stakers, regardless of time staked)
