AIP 45: Liquidity Mining Rewards for AST/ETH LPs

Do you agree that "AIP 45: Liquidity Mining Rewards for AST/ETH LPs" should be implemented?

• On-chain AST/ETH liquidity is too low to convert protocols fees to AST
• Proposal incentivizes AST/ETH liquidity providers (LPs) on Uniswap v2
• 1M AST would be allocated for liquidity rewards over 3 x 1-month events
• LPs would be staked for an entire month to be eligible to claim rewards
• Stakers would be eligible to vote and earn points at 50% of staked value
