Problem

CryoDAO needs to solidify our partnership with Molecule following the bio.xyz accelerator to prepare to launch our first IP-NFTs and IPTs.

Solution

Molecule has proposed a standard Dealflow and Development Services Agreement used across bioDAOs. CryoCore worked with Molecule to produce a new version of the document that both parties agree upon.
