GOV8 Proposal #2: Goverance Process Structure

As part of the creation of the HOPR Community Trust (Proposal #1), the HOPR Association has proposed a set of governance processes, which will be published on chain and which the trustees and token holders will be obliged to adhere to.

These processes would be managed via the new Lexicon governance platform (Proposals #11-13)

The full processes can be found here. The parameters and thresholds described in the processes are the subject of Proposals #2-10.

This proposal is to take a temperature check to confirm general support for this structure and approach.

If you agree, please vote YES. If you disagree, in general or in part, please vote NO. This will trigger a new governance process to resolve the disagreement. If you disagree with a particular parameter or threshold, please express that via the relevant proposal.
