Should HOPR Association proceed with its proposal to GnosisDAO to develop GnosisVPN?

HOPR Association has made a proposal to GnosisDAO to develop GnosisVPN in exchange for an investment of $1.5m and 500 GNO for existing HOPR node runners to run Gnosis validators.

We believe GnosisVPN would be a logical next step in HOPR's journey towards full-stack privacy after RPCh, but this is still a major proposal with significant strategic consequences. GnosisDAO would receive HOPR tokens in exchange for its investment. These tokens will come directly from the Association treasury, NOT the HOPR Community DAO funds. Nevertheless, GnosisDAO would become a major token holder with significant influence in the HOPR Community DAO.

At HOPR Association, we believe that inter-DAO collaboration is good for web3, but we still want to gauge the level of approval from our own token holders.
