Proposal 49 - Cease the current mining program and restart during the launch of our v4

Summary

Propose to cease the current mining program temporarily and restart when we launch our v4. The v4 is an exciting protocol which we believe is a huge improvement to the current MCDEX v3. We feel that the mining rewards would be better utilised when we launch our v4. We have just posted an article regarding the future plans and the team is working hard on this. We will be sharing the specific timeline to the community soon.

Details

Current epoch will end on Feb. 21st. The mining program, including the liquidity mining and trading mining, will both cease right after the current epoch. During the launch of V4, the mining program can be restarted by governance and the rules can be modified accordingly to better fit the protocol goal and needs.
