Short Summary:

This proposal formally ratifies the Governing Body Consent Form. The form attached is for Corporate Opportunity Renunciation, which functions not only to waive MetricsDAO Assoc., a Delaware charitable nonstock corporation (“MDAO”), interest or expectancy in tokens distributed to MDAO officers, employees, and members, but also to authorize the right of MDAO officers, employees, and members to acquire those tokens for their own accounts.

The MDAO governing body will need to unanimously consent to the form via a Snapshot vote that can be appended to the form.

Motivation:

If MDAO officers, employees, and members plan to acquire tokens in the near future, then the governing body needs to approve this consent form first.
