Any OG who has been holding a Upstreet Title Deeds since September 21st and has voted in at least one Snapshot vote is eligible to purchase Webaverse Genesis Passes from the DAO at market rate.

• Must purchase 10 or more passes at a time

• Market rate will be decided by the highest bids on Blur and Opensea or 10% below the average price for the day, whichever is more favorable to the DAO

• The DAO may opt not to sell if the price of bids crashes or is otherwise being gamed
