Proposal: Forming an Ark of Panda Council?

Summary: Forming a DAO organization has always been one of our long-term visions, filling new power to Ark of Panda through exciting DAO concepts, and creating more direct and efficient economic and interactive connections between players, musicians and fans. We hope to form a DAO-based metaverse concert and music game to achieve a "paradigm shift" in the music industry and enter a new era of music. So, we propose to set up a dedicated Ark of Panda Council to use our Discord server and Snapshot tool to communicate with players for DAO governance functioning. The creation of Ark of Panda Council will serve as a bridge between fans and musicians. By participating in Ark of Panda metaverse, produce enough VST and PT to issue proposals in Voice Street DAO. All tokens circulating in the metaverse of Ark of Panda can participate in the governance of Ark of Panda and vote according to the content of the proposal. Once passed, these functions will be implemented. Increase profits for artists, fans and investors by voting on how to maximize the value of Ark of Panda. In the future, the Ark of Panda Council will be one of the main battlegrounds for fans to influence our artists virtually. Part of the handling fee for asset transactions in the metaverse will also be deposited into the Ark of Panda Council for community activists to make more related proposals. If this proposal is passed, we will launch follow-up proposals soon, such as launching the Ark of Panda Council election and hiring criteria, and formulating the work responsibilities of the Ark of Panda Council.
