Vote 4 : Uniswap V3 Pool
This proposal is to establish the V3 (1% fee) Liquidity Pool for Vyper/ETH pair.

Ownership of the LP will not be waived or burnt, it will be managed at the discretion the DAO votes/governance..
The 1% fee would be passive income of VY and ETH tokens, which would be intended for use in further protocol directives.
At the time of writing, VyperCrowdFund.eth has 0.63% of the total supply.
Votes will be split between market selling different amounts and adding LP equal to the sum of the ETH gained via the swap.
Whichever option is in majority vote at the end of the time will be enacted.
