WIP #7: Launch of Wagmi on Base

TL;DR: Decide on the protocol deployment on Base.

With this vote, Wagmi DAO is deciding on several main points from the proposal:

Base deployment of V3 CLAMM, Strategies, and Leverage. Enable deployment of farming contracts on all networks deemed suitable and beneficial to the protocol. Utilization of minting Wagmi tokens for the treasury to be used exclusively for leverage incentivization on selected networks based on protocol fees arbitrage.
