Create a treasury through JuiceBox in order to fund the Postcards Dao

The community should start a treasury so that we can help support the wamigotchi and postcards community. Juicebox.money is a site that allows for funds to be raised and in exchange the contributor receives a token to represent their contribution.

Why do we need funds? We can use funds for a lot of different things.

1. Purchase floor PFPs (postcards) and keep them in our treasury
2. Purchase other projects/NFTs that are being developed by DOM.

This proposal is only to start the Juicebox. There will be future snapshot votes for the structure of the Juicebox, multisig signers (control of the funds) and distribution allocations.
