Voting Shares and Loot Shares

Simple proposal for how members can get "voting" shares and "loot" shares. By holding GHST the DAO will have the flexibility to purchase items or staking to earn FRENs for raffles.
I think we can all agree parcels can generate income for the DAO, but people will be reluctant to transfer parcels to the DAO for "voting" shares.

Having both assets, GHST and parcels will give the DAO the most flexibility and versatility to make income and have purchasing power.

GHST from distributing "voting" shares will be used to seed the DAO. 200 GHST seems like a reasonable amount of GHST so the average aavegotchi users can contribute to DAO governance. This amount can change in the future after the DAO is summoned. This proposal is only for the initial creation of the DAO.

In an effort to standardize across parcels, "Loot" shares are in terms of one humble parcel. The floor has been discovered for District 18 and District 19 (where the guild home base is). Roughly 150 GHST as an estimate.

One humble parcel equals one "Loot" share. One Reasonable parcel has four times the alchemica of one Humble parcel. One Spacious parcel has thirty-two times alchemica of one Humble parcel. Not everyone wants to give a parcel to get "Loot" shares, so 150 GHST will equal one "Loot" share.

Summary:

"Voting" Share: 200 GHST to get a voting share per account.

"Loot" Shares:

• 1 humble equals 1 Loot.
• 1 reasonable equals 8 Loot.
• 1 spacious equals 32 Loot
• 150 GHST equals 1 Loot.
