Establishing a Guild Treasury with DAO

Should the WAGMI Warriors Guild establish a guild treasury with a new DAO that will govern the spending of the treasury based on votes earned through contributing GHST to the guild pool of funds?

Purpose of Treasury: to crowdfund guild investments voted on by contributors to the treasury such as Aavegotchi land parcels, installations, and funds that can be used for giveaways/grants to grow the membership of the guild.

Technical Components: Gnosis Safe, DAOHAUS DAO

Gnosis Safe:

A multisig that will be used for establishing the DAOHAUS DAO and receiving funds from the DAOHAUS DAO to spend funds agreed upon as funding proposals in the DAOHAUS DAO.

We should have a minimum of 6 trusted active members of the guild as signers and will set up a policy that (TOTAL # SIGNERS - 1) will need to approve before transactions on the guild treasury are executed.

DAOHAUS DAO:

Based on Moloch DAO, a DAO on Polygon will be summoned using DAOHAUS accepting GHST as the primary token. You can get a say in how the treasury is spent by raising a membership proposal in DAOHAUS by putting up GHST tokens in exchange for voting shares in the DAO.

This GHST received by the DAO then is placed inside the DAOHAUS DAO's Bank. Funding proposals can be created and voted by members and GHST can be distributed from the Bank to the Gnosis Safe multisig to purchase Aavegotchi NFTs on behalf of the DAO.

Governance proposals can be raised in DAOHAUS on what to do with the profits earned from Aavegotchi NFTs owned by the guild. It can be sent back to the DAO bank, it can be reinvested for more installations/land/etc, or profits can be airdropped to DAO members.

The voting power of DAOHAUS will be completely driven by shares earned by members that contributed GHST to the treasury. Snapshot will continue to be used for non-treasury related proposals

If this passes, parameters of the Gnosis Safe Multisig and DAOHAUS DAO will be up to a vote in Discord and Snapshot up until these components have been established.
