Generate sources of revenue for the Corporation within The Sandbox

To make this possible, we would need to invest in a parcel of land in the Sandbox (currently 3.39 ETH floor) and develop a monetized experience within the Sandbox. I'm envisioning a sort of Shark Tank-esque situation, where folks can come pitch their startups to Chads within the Sandbox in the early stages. This would mean development is limited to building a space where multiple Chads can gather and listen to a Web3 startup pitch ideas. This could be done by some of the Chads or myself, but the experience would need only consist of a gathering location and lounge, which is simple. Benefits to Chad holders would include a small fee for every pitch heard (in $SAND) in addition to the ability to invest in Web3 startups at the earliest stages. Essentially, we develop an incubator within The Sandbox.
