Restructure of the Corp for the greater good of Chadkind

Just to summarise from some of the posts in Discord recently, here is what I would like to put to vote due to Johnny's inactivity.

• Leadership team opened to 3-6 positions (all to be signatories on the multisig wallet)
• Johnny Boy to step away from leadership now he has no time for the Corp if all Chads agree. I can't sit right with what happened a few weeks ago still and the lack of communication and work put into the community is unacceptable. I have seen you online too Johnny so no excuses.
• Johnny to handover the Discord to the DAO ownership (either silver or one of the other leaders elected)
• Chads to select key projects and tasks needed to be completed over the crypto winter and to vote for Chads to step up into Leadership and make them happen
• Begin an active marketing campaign to grow awareness of the Corp, organise twitter raids and discussions about the epic projects we are about to undertake
• Begin regular and scheduled proposal windows, as sporadic times and dates become hard to manage for the community (still keeping in mind we can begin an emergency proposal round should the Corp see fit)
• Start to host regular giveaways, don't we have 100 Chads in a vault somewhere or a bunch still owned by the Corp? Lets use this to attract new blood and get this community vibing again.
• Fortnightly scheduled voice updates from the DAO leadership team to run through what is going on in the background and discuss any future plans
• Look to purchase/code a Discord bot that has crypto/nft stats as a utility for holders. See this a lot in NFT communities and I love it and the synergy with us being a DAO it makes complete sense
