New Collection - BTC Mining - "Miner Chads"

Vision: Create a new collection that strengthens the WSC brand, increases the WSC treasury on a consistent & predictable basis, drive demand for both the new collection (in order to have demand to own/purchase the NFT) AND drive demand for WSC’s, while tapping into new markets.

Opportunity: WSC’s is uniquely positioned with the framework to create a definitive change in the NFT space. The current community is a MASSIVE strength to build upon, we are here to build an empire over the next 5+ years, not invest $300 to try to make $25 in a day like 99.9% of the NFT projects out there. The corponet is game changing, where WSC’s can make investment proposals. To date, we’ve seen great ideas poorly written and voted down that would have been successful, and some would have been a major loss. We will need a continuous source of income to truly set the bar over time as to what the community expects in investment proposals, and pave our way to riches beyond our imagination. As the investment proposals continue to raise the bar in terms of explaining the opportunity over time, WSC’s should become the defacto place to seek information on current and future trends in the market. In addition, the Web3 space is currently inundated with crap money grab projects. The opportunity is ripe to roll out a product that generates monthly recurring income for the treasury to enable continual investment decisions by the Corp, elevate the need to own a WSC (or 3) to be able to participate in voting (or make proposals), and have a true NFT with utility that owns physical assets in the real world generating income (all while making it nearly risk free for the purchaser of the next product wave). This project is so uniquely positioned in the market with it’s current framework to truly go to the moon if we execute appropriately.

This proposal will establish a natural floor for both the WSC's and the new collection that can be calculated based on the known cashflows incoming to the corp and a liquidation event scheduled at the end of 2027. Based on estimates and dependent on treasury investment performance gains, each WSC would be looking at a distribution of $3.8k - $42k per chad in 2027, with the $3.8k payout assuming we grow the treasury by 0% every year for 5.5 years (I ran super conservative scenarios such as we can't grow the treasury at all, to optimistic scenarios for you to decide the most likely end result). Numbers will be provided and explained at the end. This is just one new collection launch... so the true underlying value of each WSC will be significantly higher, and even higher as we continue to build out the community!
