This Land Is Your Land.... This Land Is My Land

I just ran across a company called Netvrk on Opensea the land NFT floor is .7 floor starting but I think while its low it is a great opportunity to invest in some real-estate. we can do 2 or 3 smaller plots if we can find them all in one spot next to each other but I think if we have the opportunity we should invest in a larger piece of land so we can be seen. What I have seen of current prices on a large piece it was 2.4 eth. it was lower but we missed the minting and reveal with the proposals down but the price has increasing so if we do nothing with it we at least have the value of the land itself while its low. but we have so much more opportunity then that. I would pick something by water its supposed to be more valuable, and surrounded by lots of other neighbors which increase our advertisement to other projects around us or collaboration. I don't believe we need the extras like bonuses, Avatars, and transports to me I believe land will always be the biggest most valuable asset especially this is just the beginning for them. This project has staking and renting capability (Slum Lord Chads we need a place to live and we can use the slum Lords to stake, Rent, etc) and can be a source of income for many years to come or free advertisement for us as well to post on our land. You can rent for ad space as well to someone, or collaborate. They created a "social VR Platform with creation tools to create shared experience and monetize VR you can buy assets from their market on opensea this will defiantly diversify us. They currently have over 100 partners 11 blockchains 23 investors and1 metaverse with UNREAL technology developed from a gigantic team. We need to make a big leap and we need a place to call home VR interaction with our chads will be awesome think of the possibilities VR classes, meet and Greets, a leasing agency, rentals, or rent to own etc etc we have options and I believe this is one that hasn't been around long so you won't be paying the prices everyone else is on other "land" platforms for larger pieces of land we should be seen from the moon.
