Convert ETH stake to USDC and try to buy in at bottom

With all of crypto still dropping I think we should convert our holdings to USDC and wait for the bottom to hit and then buy back into BTC or ETH. We could define the bottom either as the 5th consecutive day of positive growth, or BTC at 10k or ETH at 800. We could/should also take a separate vote to define what the buy back in point and what vehicle to put it in. This proposal is specifically to convert the whole fund to USDC immediately.
