CCIP1: CAO Proposal Regulations

This Cash Cows improvement proposal (CCIP) is written to normalize the activity of the CAO. The community (Cash Cows Crew, CCC) has requested for the Cash Cows Core Crew (CCCC) to prepare this proposal. If this proposal passes, the entire CCC is expected to adhere to the following:

Article 1

Valid proposals must be within the capabilities of CCC and/or the CCCC to perform. For example, building a spaceship is not valid.

Article 2

Valid proposals must have a voting time of no less than 48 hours. For example, a proposal lasting for 1 min is not valid

Article 3

Only holders with 20 or more cows can propose.

Article 4

Valid proposals must have an immediate execution time of no more than 48 hours. For example, passing a proposal that requires a month of work is not valid.

Article 5

Valid proposals are related to the business, financial, marketing, and tech designed+deployed for CCC. Valid examples are:

• Overall direction of the project
• Collabs with other projects
• Funding Allocation
• Configuration adjustments in contract
• Executing contract functions
• Changes in dApp
• Actions in CCCC wallet (wearecashcows.eth)
• Acquisition of digital assets (NFTS, tokens, etc.)

Article 6

Valid Proposals with at least 500 Moos will be executed, or Valid Proposals with at least 30% holder participation will be executed

Article 7

CCCC can propose, but cannot vote. Any vote casted by CCCC will lead to manual counting and ignoring the CCCC vote.

Article 8

CCCC reserves the right to execute invalid proposals. For example, if a proposal was to tweet "Moo".

Article 9

After this proposal is passed, Additions and amendments to this proposal can be proposed.
