This Cash Cows improvement proposal (CCIP) was created to include the community (Cash Cows Crew, CCC) in the business direction of the project.
In particular, the Cash Cows Core Crew (CCCC) would like to change the mechanics of the culling from cull anytime to a definite end before the mint of the next collection (GP).
In CCIP2: GP Mint Price, the CAO decided on 0.1E mint price as well as 50% of the earning from the mint will be sent to the GP treasury (contract to contract).
After the mint, cows from the Cash Cows Crew could still be burned at anytime. Allowing this mechanic available through out time has a significant economical impact for the GP economy.
Case Studies:
Any newly minted NFTs in GP after the acceptance of the first rewards will surely dilute the overall rewards affecting the overall economic value and sentiments of GP.
From Item 1, it would make it possible to buy into Cash Cows Crew at a discount in order to get into GP with the intention to burn, redeem the rewards and siphon the overall treasury.
While the original intention of the design was for Cash Cows Crew to be inherently related in FP with GP, having the ability to make new GP NFTs anytime will directly anchor the potential FP value of GP.
The following articles are written to address the above case studies.
Article 1
Sometime after the first culling pause, CCC will open the culling one more time at a date pre-announced by CCCC, for one full week (7 days) to allow current Cash Cow Crew holders to join GP by burning their cows (last chance).
Article 2
The ratio of 4 steaks to 1 GP will not change.
Article 3
The culling will definitely end before the mint date of GP.
Article 4
As soon as the GP contracts are deployed to mainnet. Steak holders will be able to immediately mint GP NFTs using their steaks, no matter if the mint sale has started or not.
Article 5
Excess steak will still have a utility in the future of Cash Cows.
What you are voting for is whether to change the mechanics of the culling from cull anytime to a definite end before the mint of the next collection (GP).
