Cash Cows Retrieval Proposal for Gabster

Incident Date: 09/01/2022

Hi Cows, GabsterNFT/Gab Jornacion had his cows stolen last wednesday via costly mistakes on smart contract deployment training.

The mistakes made were:

1. Used same wallet where NFTs are stored as the deployment wallet during the training

2. Didn't double check the files getting pushed to Github.
