CCIP5: Opening Discord to Holders

Due to the new information released by the CCCC, I have reason to believe that it will be highly beneficial for us to get on discord asap.

There are a few custom discord bots ready to be utilized but not limited to the following two:

1. AI Model that will be trained to talk like us. Possibly tweet as well from their own account.
2. Meme Generator that can be used by the AI.

This will help us tremendously with marketing. Imagine not having to type up pitch messages and just pasting from the AI.
